My son got picked up for a warrent and was placed in jail. Someone had used his name in a high speed chase and the kids swear it was him but he was at home and he went 2 jail for someones stupidity, These kids are known to be snitches and will do anything 4 there friends, but someone innocent like my son should not take the rap for others pleasure.U do the crime U do the time, What can i do about this?Can there b consequenses for false imprisonment?
hmmm that sounds pretty harsh but you'll need to talk to some lawyers and definetly try to find some proof that he was at home or the court could think your just covering for him any extra proof about who may have done it or that the other kids are liars could be very helpfull basically just dig dig dig into it and find every little detail you can and document it in a folder and use it to your advantage in court.... but then again im not a lawyer *hence the talking to lawyers*Can there b consequenses for false imprisonment?

u can pay an attorney and take ur chances in court
